Delete your GreenLight Theory account
You can permanently delete your account and data at any time.
Delete in the app (instant)
- Open GreenLight Theory.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete Account and confirm.
What gets deleted
- Your account and display name
- Your progress, scores, XP and lesson history
- Drivo's learning memory about you
- Your challenges, notifications and leaderboard entries
Deletion is permanent and can't be undone. Drivo answers that were saved for instructor review are not linked to your account, so they are kept to help other learners. Security logs are removed automatically within 30 days.
No longer have the app?
Email us and we'll delete your account within 30 days. Please include your GreenLight display name and the type of phone you used, so we can find your account. We may ask a question to confirm the account is yours.
